Requesting Account Deletion

• To request the deletion of your account, email us at hello@spotmach.com with your account details, using the email address or phone number registered with SpotMach.
• Include your registered name, phone number, and company name so we can verify the request before any data is removed.
• If you would rather not email, you can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 8956506240 during business hours.
• Once verified, your profile and personal information will be deleted. Records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices and tax documents, are retained for the statutory period.
